The monument is free on the Saturdays and Sundays of the "European Heritage Days" which are organised on the 3rd weekend of September ; the 1st Sunday of the month (from 1 February to 31 March and from 1 November to 31 December)."

No baggage deposit is offered within the monument.

The e-ticket is to print at home or present on your mobile phone or tablet.

In the event of bad weather or extreme heat, the tour route may be modified and certain areas closed for safety reasons. In hot weather, remember to wear appropriate clothing (hat, bottle of water, sun cream, etc.).

To ensure the safety of visitors, the monument applies the preventive measures decided by the government for public administrations.
