Online booking is compulsory via your business account.
Admission to the monument is free during European Heritage Days (the third weekend in September) and on the first Sunday of the month (from 1 January to 31 March and from 1 November to 31 December); further information can be found in the ‘Free Admission Conditions’ section at the bottom of the website’s homepage. Online bookings are not available for adult or school groups on these days.
Baggage :
There is no left-luggage office at the monument.
E-ticket :
E-tickets are to be printed at home or presented on a mobile phone (smartphone or tablet); in the case of the latter, please download your e-tickets before your visit (network coverage is poor at the entrance to the monument).
Weather conditions
In the event of bad weather or extreme heat, the tour route may be modified and certain areas closed for safety reasons. In hot weather, remember to wear appropriate clothing (hat, bottle of water, sun cream, etc.).
