Practical information: 
*The tour involves climbing 250 steps and is more than 40 metres high: not recommended for people with mobility problems (people with heart problems, the elderly, pregnant women, very young children (under 6 years old, etc.) or who are afraid of narrow spaces and/or prone to vertigo.
ATTENTION: there is no lift access!
*In the event of adverse weather conditions, the tour may be shortened or cancelled for the safety of visitors: no partial or full refund or postponement will be possible. 
*Ticket control and tour departures: 
In the courtyard of the Palais du Tau at the ticket office-shop. Tours depart at set times. It is not possible to join the tour after it has started. In the event of a delay, no partial or full refund or postponement will be possible.

On the day of the visit, you must present valid proof of identity in addition to your e-ticket, otherwise you will not be admitted to the visit.
